Tracked Delivery (DPD) – £7.95

All of our items are made to order.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed and completed.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped with Next Day Tracked delivery with DPD.

International Delivery (including EU & EEA Orders)

We offer the following delivery options for international customers:

DPD Express (fully tracked, duties unpaid) – £25

USA Tracked International (DPD Express, fully tracked, duties paid) – £45

Please note:

The £45 USA rate covers all duties and taxes on a trial basis from October 2025, allowing us to minimise the impact of recent tariff changes.

Customers in the USA should not incur any additional customs charges or handling fees upon delivery.

We apologise as we cannot deliver to overseas military addresses or postal boxes (e.g. APO).

International Processing Times

We aim to process all international orders within 10 working days, excluding personalised or made-to-order items, which may take longer.
Some items may be dispatched separately by our suppliers.

Ceremony Day Pick-Up

Available for Graduation orders only.

Collection will take place at your ceremony venue on the selected date.

The order deadline for ceremony collection will be clearly stated at checkout.

Please bring your order confirmation email to collect your items.

Click & Collect

Graduation Merchandise → Collection from the University Gift Shop, University Ave, Glasgow G12 8QQ.

School & Department Merchandise → UofG Bookshop, Ground Floor, Fraser Building, 65 Hillhead Street, Glasgow G12 8QQ.

You’ll receive an phone call or email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring ID or proof of purchase.

All graduation and school merchandise items are made to order.
Please allow additional time for branding and embroidery before dispatch.
You’ll receive an update by email once your order has been completed and shipped.
